The ongoing series “looking good with guns” is composed of photographs in which people pose with various objects. The location as well as the objects are found and unplanned. The only prerequisite is the visual proximity of the objects to different types of weapons as can be found especially in movies or computer games. The staging takes place on the basis of diffuse visual memories and thus refers to traces left by the consumption of pop-cultural items.
